Calculation types:
- Standard counting(default)
- Enable/Disable rounding in blocks (e.g to 100KB for session)

Needed permissions:

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – to check if GSM is enable/disable
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – to exported transfer to SD card
android.permission.VIBRATE – to enable vibration when transfer limit will exceeded (optional in settings)
android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – to start application after reboot device
No permissions to network, so application doesn’t send any information from phone.
